One-on-One Training

If you live in the Chicago area, you have a couple of different options for face-to-face training sessions. We can meet in my personal training studio located in beautiful downtown Chicago, or if you would prefer to stay closer to home, I can come to you for in-home training sessions.

Semi-Private Training

If you would like to train and exercise in a group setting of two or more people, you have this option as my personal training space can accommodate several people at once.

Online Training

If time, availability, or even location are factors impacting your fitness training opportunities, let’s meet online. Using Zoom, FaceTime, or any other video-calling app you’d like, I can accommodate your schedule no matter what. I can also provide monthly training programs using the TrueCoach app so you can truly exercise and get in shape on your own schedule.
