That’s why I cater to you on your schedule, day or night, in-person or online. My personal training sessions as well as fitness programs are tailored to not only your schedule, but your specific health-related needs and goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility, or simply enhance your health and fitness, I will build you a structured and dynamic exercise plan that gets you the results you’re seeking.
As both a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach, I possess the skill-set and knowledge necessary to help you get in shape and to teach you how to maintain your health long term; a truly sustainable, convenient, and modern approach to fitness in the 21st century.
Various Plans for Various Needs
For personal training sessions, you will have a couple of options. I can host you in my training studio where you’ll have access to weights, mats, and other equipment needed. Alternatively, if you’d like to stay closer to home I can come to you for in-home training sessions. For more information and to determine a workout regimen and space, contact me today!
If you would like to train and exercise in a group setting of two or more people, you have this option as my personal training space can accommodate several people at once.
If time, availability, or even location are factors impacting your fitness training opportunities, let’s meet online. Using Zoom, FaceTime, or any other video-calling app you’d like, I can accommodate your schedule no matter what. I can also provide monthly training programs using the TrueCoach app so you can truly exercise and get in shape on your own schedule.
